CVS Pentapower can offer an extensive range of new engines covering almost every application plus a range of service exchange engines depending on availability. Engines range from a compact 2 cylinder diesel of just 10hp to a high performance 16litre, 6 cylinder diesel producing 900hp. Service

All CVS service staff are factory trained and experienced in all aspects of service and maintenance on Volvo Penta engines, transmissions and electrical systems. With their many years of practical experience, our service staff will do their best to diagnose, using an updatable Vodia diagnostic tool and effect an immediate solution, keeping down time to a minimum. We also offer a service to rebuild customers' own engines. In such cases each engine is fully dismantled, cleaned and worn parts replaced. Other components that are free from defects are re-worked to original tolerances and the engine is re-assembled before dynanometer testing.

Parts

CVS Pentapower are able to supply genuine Volvo Penta spares from a split pin to a full engine. Most routine parts are held in stock with others usually available within 48 hours. we can also supply a range of service exchange parts remanufactured to manufacturer tolerances. A surcharge is normally made at the time of supply with exchange units needing to be supplied to us within 14 days for return to Volvo Penta. Basic and comprehensive overhaul kits for industrial and mobile applications, generating sets and marine diesels can be supplied, all containing 100% genuine Volvo Penta parts. We can despatch any quantity or weight of spares to any destination worldwide.
